I had a positive experience with RTP Roofing and appreciated their responsiveness. The shed was initially missed during the roofing project, but once I brought it to their attention, they sent a crew out very quickly to take care of it.
An oversight can happen, but how a company handles it makes a big difference. They listened to my concern and followed through promptly to make things right. I appreciated that level of accountability and customer service, and based on my experience, I would recommend RTP Roofing.
RTP roofing removed our solar panels, installed a beautiful new roof on our house and barn and reinstalled the panels within 4 days so we would minimize loss of solar generation during summer. We couldn't be happier with the results and it's holding up fine since we've had extremely bad storms since. Highly recommend them if you need to install a new roof and have solar panels. Top quality job! Tim Oliver was great to work with and very attentive. 5 stars for the roofing and solar teams!
The project was seamless start to finish. Tim stayed in contact with me throughout the entire project with updates and information, I never felt out of the loop. The finished product spoke for itself, great work, excellent communication and it was done in no time

Their pricing was fair and the fit and finish of their work was exactly to my (high) expectations. Their ability to do both my new roof and solar install was ideal. Would highly recommend.
